Every 2 years the Worcestershire Youth Brass Band undertakes an overseas tour. In 2004 the band went to Switzerland, 2006 the band flew to Indianapolis and Chicago, 2008 they flew to Sydney and Perth in Australia and in 2010 the band flew to Hawaii.
In 2012 the band will be returning to Australia as well as treading on new soil in New Zealand. The band undertake many fundraising events this includes bag packing in local supermarkets, carolling during the Christmas season, providing background music at fetes and garden parties and many more events. In July 2011 the band took part in their first ever Last Night of the Proms at Gheluvelt Park, Worcester.
